KRISPY KREME DIGITAL REWARDS PROGRAM

Challenge:
Krispy Kreme wanted to create a loyalty rewards program while also building an app that would rival that of Starbucks and other similar services.

My Role:
As Strategist, Creative Director, and Copywriter for the project, I led our team through a multi-level process—starting with creative/content strategy, loyalty program look-and-feel explorations, and the development of both the loyalty program processes and digital experiences for both iOS and Android users.
